Australian Mountain Springs is the creation of two lifelong friends, Nick Mamanidis and Paul Mastoras.


Following extensive research into the availability in Asia, of good quality Australian natural spring water, Nick and Paul came to the realisation that this natural commodity that Australians had become accustomed to, was not readily available outside of Australia. From this point, it became Nick and Paul’s vision to locate a natural spring producing premium water that could be bottled and shared with the rest of the world.


Australian Mountain Springs water originates from a natural spring located high in the sandstone hills of the Central Coast, New South Wales, Australia.

The water filters down through a native garden into three natural springs, there are no added chemicals, artificial additives, or contamination, the water is certified pure. Every bottle that is produced contains pure, natural Australian spring water.


The water contains trace elements from the earth, such as fluoride and iron at natural levels. This water contains 23 trace elements essential for good health.



No chemicals or artificial elements, such as fluoride and chlorine are added to the water.

The natural spring water is filtered at the source to remove dissolved solids, such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, bicarbonates, chlorides and sulfates.  The resultant typical total dissolved solids (TDS) has been measured at 56ppm. Other spring water, higher in TDS, can result in a more salty or bitter taste. Australian Mountain Springs water has been described as having a “clean” and “sweet” taste.

Following filtration, the water flows passed a UV source to commence sterilisation, before ozone (03) is introduced. Ozone is simply an oxygen molecule (02) that has an extra oxygen atom attached. The half-life of ozone in water is approximately 30 minutes before the ozone rapidly decays back to oxygen. The presence of ozone sterilises the water, and produces no other by-product aside from oxygen. This method of natural water filtration and sterilisation guarantees the absolute highest quality, healthy water.

Australian Mountain Springs water is bottled in FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approved glass and BPA free PET bottles.

Our black glass bottles are available in 800ml and 350ml. The clear plastic bottles are available in 800ml, 500ml and 350ml.
